S3 is built on trust, accountability, and peer-level engagement. Participation in any Sharpening Session means you agree to uphold the following standards:
Confidentiality is absolute. What is shared in sessions does not leave the session.
Respect is required at all times—even in disagreement.
Accountability is mutual. No one is above correction.
No recording, screenshots, or redistribution of any session content.
No recruiting, soliciting, or pushing personal agendas within the space.
No grandstanding, preaching, or performance-based participation.
Speak honestly and from your own experience
Listen fully without interrupting or preparing a response
Accept feedback without defensiveness
Contribute to the group—not just consume from it
Honor commitments made during sessions
Maintain humility while staying engaged
This is not therapy or clinical care
This is not a platform for self-promotion
This is not a space for passive participation
Violations of this code are addressed directly and privately.
Repeated or significant violations may result in removal from the platform.
The integrity of the group always comes first.
