Steele Sharpens Steele (S3) is a veteran-led, peer-led formation ecosystem built around structure, accountability, alignment, leadership, and connection after the uniform.
Sharpening Sessions are structured peer conversations for veterans designed to help maintain clarity, accountability, and connection.
This is not therapy. This is not performance. This is not motivation. This is accountability. This is structure.

Getting started is simple. Create your account, choose a Sharpening Session, reserve your seat, and your upcoming session will appear in your Member Dashboard.

Choose whether to appear in the member directory, connect with other veterans, and continue the conversation through Member Connect. Directory participation is always opt-in, and one-to-one messaging becomes available only after a connection request is accepted.

Group Session Leaders protect the structure, pace, and standard of each peer-led Sharpening Session. Leadership inside S3 is separate from ordinary membership and requires selection, preparation, and formal authorization.
