WHAT TO EXPECT
Each Sharpening Session is a live, peer-led, 60-minute conversation built around one focused topic. The experience is structured but not scripted, using recognition, reflection, conversation, accountability, and practical action. Sessions are designed for women and men veterans and grounded in Brotherhood and Sisterhood and shared responsibility.
Participation does not require personal disclosure. Listening and passing are welcome. Each session invites you to identify one practical standard, decision, or action for the next seven days. S3 provides structured peer conversation. It does not provide therapy, medical advice, or crisis services.
